The living area features plenty of comfortable seating around a cozy gas fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day out. There’s also a dedicated office area if you need to catch up on work, making it easy to blend business with pleasure during your stay.
The dining area provides ample space for meals or entertaining, and the large peninsula offers additional room to spread out—whether you’re enjoying a casual meal, working on your laptop, or sipping cocktails with friends. The beautifully appointed kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, so whether you’re a casual cook or a culinary enthusiast, you’ll find everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes.
For your convenience, a large front-loading washer and dryer are available, making it easy to keep things fresh during longer stays.
When it’s time to rest, retreat to the bedroom, where you’ll find a king-size Tempur-Pedic hybrid mattress that promises a restful night’s sleep. The room is designed to be a dark, cave-like retreat, ideal for those who prefer a cozy, sleep-friendly environment. There’s also a large walk-in closet with an extra vanity, making it easy for two people to get ready at the same time.

You will have private access to the entire below street level area including the unique brick courtyard. Enter through the gate on the right side. A Smart Lock connected with your Airbnb reservation will have your unique entry code provided on the day of check-in.
You will be on Floor 1 of a 3-Story Townhouse. The upstairs unit is 2 stories with Floors 2 and 3 and someone living there full time.
Additionally, this is a duplex townhome with ours being on the right side of the building. You will enter through the gate on the right side and go down the stairs to the brick courtyard and your alcove entry.This is a duplex unit. The townhouse on the left is also occupied full-time.
Parking is on the street in front of the unit or in the parking lot around back. There is no access from the unit to the parking lot in back. You will need to walk around the corner where Gustavo's Mexican Restaurant is located to access the parking lot.
